ACROBATICS

For the beginner, simply learning to roll properly can minimize injuries which occur in everyday mishaps. For an athlete and dancer, acrobatics builds strength, agility, power, dexterity, and coordination. In Beginning Acrobatics the student will learn such basic movements as the forward roll, backward roll, backbend, cartwheel, bridge, and crabwalk. Particular emphasis is placed on proper warm up stretch, and body posture.
